Guests' ReviewsThank you very much for a warm and atmosphere. We have not used the bar. The service here is impeccable ! All staff are warm, friendly, courteous and efficient. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this charming hotel. We enjoyed our stay very much. Our stay was most pleasant. The room was very comfortable. We had an excellent rest and still had time to tour and see more of the highlands area. A light in dressing room & wardrobe would be most useful. Electric on other side of wall so easy to do. How could we fail to be impressed by such a beautiful suite. We were very lucky and greatly appreciate it. We like the many lovely features, fireplace, fruit, flower and the lovely plate of fruits etc. A lovely hotel would like to return. Thank you. It is a lovely hotel. Would be more great to have some light bed as the bed little too hard. Would be great to have in room entertainment i.e. T.V & radio. Wi-Fi wider place of surfing would be great too. Very prompt service, attentive and observant staff. I love this place and will return. Keep it up. I do not speak very well English but I enjoy my trip in this site. Room decoration very nice. Well hospitally by staffs here. Hope the deco and atmosphere of the hotel compound can be improved as it looked less attractive and outstanding. Suggest a clock in the room would be very convient for guests. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. A great group of people. Free laptop and internet connection was great. Food was disappointing. The main portion were too big, not enough variety of food in general and for vegetarians. Some more local authentic Malaysian dishes would be good. Nasi lemak etc. High tea was good and the honey was delicious. Also maybe modernize your English food recipes. The turndown service was exceptional. Thank you very much. An amazing experience. Thanks to all. Shower too small. Water pressure too low. Cappuccino is not a cappuccino and far too expensive. Bed is too stiff. All over prices of food and beverages is on the high side. We miss a T.V set in our room.Re using towels and bed linen. If you look at list, you would think we did not enjoy ourselves. Excellent staff and overall organization. TV set in room would be nice. Clean or upgrade furniture in bar and sitting room is necessary. Overall a lovely stay and if we come to the Highlands we would return and recommend it to friends. Nice fresh flower & fruits. Carpet in room would need cleaning. Very nice breakfast and group liked the dinner. Very beautiful small hotel withwonderful people working here. Thank you for the great room. Perhaps you could serve English dishes. Hotel is nice & cozy. We enjoyed sitting near the fire place before & after dinner.Staff is very nice & helpful. Only a few did not speak fluent English.
