Safety Guide & Hygiene Protocols

At The Lakehouse Cameron Highlands, we have put in place safety guidelines and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe environment to protect the health and well-being of our guests and hosts.

We will be updating this page regularly, following the Malaysian government’s guidelines, when regulatory restrictions are amended.

The following protocols have been put in place. We can’t wait to see you Home!

Temperature Screening

Temperature screening will be carried out for all Hosts and Guests upon entering hotel.

Social Distancing

Social distancing of at least 1 meter in all areas of hotel.

No more than 2 diners per table at Restaurant (except for families with proof of living, a maximum of 6 persons per table).

Personal Protection Equipment (PPE)

All guests are encouraged to wear a face mask in public areas of hotel.

All Hosts are required to wear appropriate PPE at all times.

Cleaning & Disinfecting

All high-touch surfaces in public areas will be cleaned and disinfected at high frequency at all times.

Hand Sanitizers

Hand sanitizers will be provided in public areas.

Housekeeping Services

Housekeeping services will have reduced frequencies but remain available upon request at any time following social distancing protocols.

Room Amenities

Room and bathroom amenities will be provided upon request following social distancing protocols.

In-Room Dining

Contactless in-room dining (room service) upon request and offered at the guest room door with social distancing protocols.

Shuttle Service

Shuttle service is available upon guest request and following social distancing protocols.

Satkara Spa

Satkara Spa will remain closed as mandated by Malaysian government.
