All Rates quoted (+) are subjected to 8% Service Tax.
Children age 06-11 years one extra bed per room allowed RM 150.00nett per night
Adults age 12 years and above one extra bed per room allowed RM 250.00nett per night
Foster suite & Cameron Suite are strictly for 02 pax (No additional persons/bed allowed)
Sustainability Charge/ Caj Kelestarian Tax of RM3 per room per night will be imposed by the Pahang State Government from 01 March 2022 should be settled directly upon check-out (not included in the room rate and taxes stated herein).
Effective 01 January 2023, the Mandatory RM10 Tourism Tax (TTx) will be re-imposed on all hotel room rates on a per room per night basis to all non-Malaysian guest. This is in addition to the existing prevailing taxes. TTx is regulated by the Ministry of Finance Malaysia and Royal Malaysian Custom Department.
Check-in time is from 1400hours & check-out by 12noon.

No -smoking Policy: Please be informed smoking in the room , The Restaurant , Lounge areas & Lakeview Terrace is strictly prohibited and those caught smoking at the designated smoke-free areas could face fine starting at RM 300.
The full amount of the reservation will be charged on your credit card shortly after your booking confirmed.
Bookings CANNOT be amended or cancelled and is NON-REFUNDABLE.
100% of the room charge and will be applied for no-shows.
