Thank you for choosing The Lakehouse Cameron Highlands as your preferred accommodation in Cameron Highlands. Please be advised that all bookings are subject to the following Terms & Conditions:-

The full amount of the reservation will be charged on your credit card shortly after your booking confirmed.
Bookings CANNOT be amended or cancelled and is NON-REFUNDABLE.
100% of the room charge and will be applied for no-shows.

* All Rates are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR)
* All Rates quoted (+) are subjected to 8% Service Tax.
* Children age 06-11 years one extra bed per room allowed RM 150.00nett per night
* Adults age 12 years and above one extra bed per room allowed RM 250.00nett per night
* Sustainability Charge/ Caj Kelestarian Tax of RM3 per room per night will be imposed by the Pahang State Government from 01 March 2022 should be settled directly upon check-out (not included in the room rate and taxes stated herein).
* Effective 01 January 2023, the Mandatory RM10 Tourism Tax (TTx) will be re-imposed on all hotel room rates on a per room per night basis to all non-Malaysian guest. This is in addition to the existing prevailing taxes. TTx is regulated by the Ministry of Finance Malaysia and Royal Malaysian Custom Department.

* Check-in time is from 1400hours & check-out by 12noon.
* Transfer between Cameron Highlands and other parts of Malaysia can be arranged with The Lakehouse. Please refer to our website for https://lakehouse-cameron.com/destination/getting-here to book.
* Please note that there will be a compulsory Christmas Eve & New year Eve dinner at MYR300 nett per adult and MYR160 nett per child of 05 to 12 years old & on 24th & 31st Dec 2025.

* Pets are not allowed
* No -smoking Policy
* Foster suite & Cameron Suite are strictly for 02 pax ( No additional persons/bed allowed)
* Please be informed smoking in the room , The Restaurant , Lounge areas & Lakeview Terrace is strictly prohibited and those caught smoking at the designated smoke-free areas could face fine starting at RM300.

Should you wish to change an existing reservation, cancellation is not permitted.
