Effective 01 January 2023, the Mandatory RM10 Tourism Tax (TTx) will be re-imposed on all hotel room rates on a per room per night basis to all non-Malaysian guest. This is in addition to the existing prevailing taxes. TTx is regulated by the Ministry of Finance Malaysia and Royal Malaysian Custom Department.

Bookings CANNOT be amended or cancelled and is NON-REFUNDABLE.
100% of the room charge and will be applied for no-shows. No Show policies: Failure to arrive at the hotel will be treated as a no-show. Cancellation fee will be equivalent to full duration of stay for No Show booking.
